Refund & Cancellation

Cancel anytime
You can cancel anytime by messaging us in the Support chat. Your access stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, and no further payment is taken.
Refunds
Because the full content library is unlocked immediately on payment, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or could not access the platform because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will refund that payment.
How to request
Message us in the Support chat with your account email and the date of the charge. We review refund requests within 7 working days, and approved refunds go back to the original card through Stripe.
