1. What we collect
Your name, email and profile photo from sign-in; your learning progress; anything you send in the Support chat; and payment details handled by Stripe (we never see your full card number).
2. Why we use it
To give you access to your membership, track your progress, answer your support messages, process payments, and improve the platform. We do not sell your data.
3. Who processes it
We use trusted providers to run the service: Base44 (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), Bunny Stream (video delivery) and Telegram (internal support notifications). They only process what is needed for their part of the service.
4. Data retention and your rights
We keep your account data while your account exists, and billing records as long as the law requires. You can ask us to view, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time by messaging Support.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and basic analytics to understand how the platform is used. No advertising profiles are built from your activity.
